Gerard Dillon founded Dillon Partners and has over 35 years experience in the accounting profession, advising a wide variety of businesses and individuals on taxation, accounting and management consulting. 

He has vast experience advising in business structuring, tax planning, business succession and estate planning. Gerard holds a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, is a member of various professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a registered company auditor.

James Clyne

Before establishing Clyne Partners, James amassed a wealth of experience in the world of the large, multinational chartered accounting firm. While it gave him a deep understanding of business and compliance and the principles of client service, it also provided him with the perspective to recognise its shortcomings. James saw the opportunity to establish a fresh new philosophy in Chartered Accounting that revolved around the provision of up-to-the-minute services, allowing clients to make accurate decisions on business strategy.

James brings extraordinary energy and insight into every client challenge and his dedicated interest in accounting and taxation obligations creates a relationship with clients that goes beyond what is expected from today’s professional services.

David Clyne

David has an extensive background in private equity and accounting, developing a wide range of skills from different roles and client challenges. David’s strength is his aptitude for systems improvement – he has ample experience streamlining and improving financial department operations, enabling a simpler, more accurate reporting base for a variety of stakeholders and management.

David has a proven history of producing real-time financial information for both compliance purposes and top management decision makers. Using a simplistic approach for the most technical accounting issues, David’s experience and calm nature will complement any finance division.

Emil Knezevic

Emil is an experienced Accountant who started with Dillon Partners in 1999, progressing to Associate in 2010. He has extensive experience in tax and small business, as well as financial planning having completed his Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2012.

Emil is able to provide relevant and timely advice for businesses regarding internal accounting, periodic reporting, forecasting and ultimately the development and implementation of succession planning.

Lou Bolzonello

Lou Bolzonello has over 30 years experience including six years in the areas of management consulting and cost accounting. He regularly assists his clients with cost control and the planning and ongoing review of detailed budgets, together with federal taxation and general accounting issues so they have 360-degree view of their business, accounting and taxation status. 

Lou holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant. He has developed substantial knowledge in the construction and property development area and can provide advice in all areas of the development process.

Pearl Chew

Pearl is a Graduate from University of Tasmania and a Chartered Accountant. She has a demonstrated history of providing business advisory to both small and large enterprises. She is also skilled in corporate structuring, business accounting, cash flow modelling and taxation strategies. She possesses excellent leadership skills to successfully deliver projects and tasks. Additionally, she is highly adaptable in fast changing environments where deadlines are of the essence and communication is key.
